Turkish Citizenship

Required Documents for Turkish Citizenship through Real Estate Purchase:
Knowing the exact documents required for Turkish citizenship has become essential for investors seeking to obtain citizenship through real estate investment. Needless to say, preparing all these documents in full significantly shortens the citizenship application process.
All components of the implementation framework for the Turkish Citizenship Law are now complete, and the Turkish government has officially begun accepting applications from investors who have purchased properties in compliance with the citizenship regulations. The Turkish Citizenship Law includes significant amendments — most notably, the decision to grant Turkish citizenship in exchange for purchasing real estate worth $400,000 or more.

This list is based on practical experience from the legal team at Akar Turk, who have submitted numerous residency and citizenship applications, and successfully secured Turkish citizenship for several valued clients in record time often in under two months.

This success is primarily due to the complete preparation of all required documents, along with our team’s expertise in document handling and post-sale legal processing.
